Monsters disappearing.

Hello, I have encountered a bug when I was adventuring the lower and upper prison. When I was fighting a mob of monsters by doorways, some monsters disappeared or teleported to elsewhere.

I initially thought that they were retreating but I'm pretty sure that they are disappearing or teleporting.
