Latency spike followed by DC when entering new instances

This has been happening recently and i can not find the cause even after disconnecting all other devices from the router and resetting the router.

Its fine when i create my own instances but when i enter one already populated the latency jumps to 1000+ and the game just stalls until i disconnect or log out.

Has anyone experienced something similar today?
