Game froze on Sirus 8 and Portal disappeared upon reconnection

I just attempted my first Sirus awakened 8 this league.

When he phased, the game froze and I got disconnected a few seconds later (something like "unexpected error occured" or whatever).

Upon reconnection, the 4 portals I had left just disappeared, making it impossible to continue the encounter.
