Lost item with gems on heist

I was doing a grand heist and dropped my wand with 3 gems on the ground to equip another item just to complete an achievement, but when i dropped, the wand disappeared, it was not on the ground so i lost the wand and 3 of my farming gems.
I spent 5+ minutes looking for the wand and dropped another item with gem but that item i found normally.
I didn't die and lost the item, the item simply disappeared when i dropped which is sad.

Not a bug if you have item filter.....

Also which achievement requires you to drop item in the ground?????

i used alt to see all the items and even removed the item filter later but still didnt see the wand
and the achievement was the one to equip weapon or amour with different tipes of heist modifiers, my inventory was full and didn't tough that dropping the item i would lose it

You can't even equip contraband....If you can equip, you can carry the item to place it to you stash and do it later....

Also they are called league challenge

And one more thing. Drop item with gem warning is very similar to destroy item when try to drop thing in non dropable area, which Rogue Harbour is one of them

when you finish a part of an grand heist the items aren't contraband anymore, so i got the first item on the first half of the grand heist and on the second part i wanted to equip to complete the league challenge(ty) and them drop it and leave it because my inventory was full

and i didn't take an screenshot because i forgot and i don't even know what i should had to screenshot to help me

(Even you do so I can't tell GGG would ever read it or not despite their claim . But I never heard of GGG restore item for player)

nah i already am in peace that i lost the gems im just reporting because is a bug

and i didn't know it had an /bug so my bad, its my first time finding a bug on poe

You can look for client lig in the POE installation folder to check you destroy the item or not.....(drop item is not logged, but destroy will log I think....)
