Apex Mode and Nadir mode unique jewels

Ok so I was doing some testing, apparently either the tool tip on the charecter screen is broken or the jewel's themselves are broken. B/c when I have intensity the crit strike chance on either jewel does not affect the tool tip's spell crit chance at all. Just putting it out their thanks.

I can add, yes, This is still not fixed, I don't see any changes in the game if I use the jewels, crit chance not reducing and not increasing visually or in fact, but sinergy with Intensity is working.
