Sounds Effects going silent and crashes

Hello, with certain frequency all sounds effects are going silent, to being able to listen to them again I need to either:

1. move the sound effect bar a bit
2. relog my character or restart PoE

Going to the hideout, to a new instance, new map or city doesn't fix it.

Sometimes when the sound effect gets muted it also crashes my game a few instants later, that's why when I'm getting the sound effect bug I try not to fix it, since when I do it it can bug again and then crash my game.

These are a few things I think is important to know to be able to find the bug.

1. I'm using update version of PoE stand alone.
2. I'm playing on Shadow (Trickster)
3. Haven't testet on other characters.
4. I'm using Essence Drain, Contagion and Spellslinger mainly
