Xopec + Redeemer for -10% reservation Helmet?

Is it still possible to hit reduced mana reservation with a redeemer orb on a helmet with the legacy Xopec's mod (flat mana and reservation hybrid mod)?
I know that for most mods it got fixed back then but Xopec's is a prefix that counts to the flat mana mod group. Thank you for any helpful input. Last bumped on Aug 3, 2020, 10:06:11 PM

Xopec is in mod group "IncreasedMana"
