Why isnt this working?

Hey I was super excited to play this game but it seems that my computer will not run it for some reason...

here are my specs:

HP Compaq dc7800 Ultra-slim
Intel(R) Core(TM)2Duo CPU
E4500 @2.20GHz
2.19 GHz,2.47 GB of RAM

the game is showing an error saying "Error: The Direct3D device has a non-zero reference count, meaning some objects were not released."

this is weird because i am running directX 9.0c...

I'm pretty sure your shader model isn't 3.0 or higher. Figure out which chipset you have from the list.

damn i think your right there... i could have sworn mine supported 3.0 :(
