Syndicate caravan: What do I need to do?

Hi, I am bit lost with the whole Syndicate thing. I have stopped a caravan and then I found the syndicate lab but I can't go inside because I get a message saying "you have another betrayal job in progress". I went back to the caravan, there is nothing left to do there. All the members have been bargained/interrogated, just Jun left standing by the abandoned caravan. Any idea what else I am supposed to do to proceed? Don't really understand that part.

Update: Never mind, I found another member of the gang that I had to deal with half way across the map. I guess my zombies killed him and I didn't notice. Once I dealt with him, it worked.
