Disconnected: failed to connect to instance

Created a map, Pier T2, with divine vessel.
Trying to enter a portal resulted in disconnection with the following message:
"Disconnected
Failed to connect to instance"

Now I can't connect to the game, after character selection I also get the above message on all of my characters (in Harvest)

Update: My characters in Standard League can still connect.
None of the characters in Harvest can connect.

After the latest patch I have been getting "failed to connect to instance" error pretty much every 2-3 zones. I am not sure if it's the same problem you have tho..
