Vulkan Minimap reveal bug

I'm running on a GTX660.
The last 2 or 3 leagues have severely decreased the performance of PoE. Now with Vulkan if I disable Vsync I can sort of play smoothly, be it with a lot of artifacting.

Playing with vulkan and disabled vsync creates some ... interesting bugs though.
Most notably this minimap reveal bug. Video shows the entire map being run in which the bug happens. This bug has happened atleast 5 or so times already. I have no idea what is specifically causing it to happen though.
