Lightning Warp screen flashes with Angelic Weapon Effect

When Lightning Warp is used repeatedly with the Angelic Weapon Effect applied to something, the center of the screen does a bright blue flash regardless of the Lightning Warp MTX being used.

It ceases to do this blue flash when the Angelic Weapon Effect is turned off. It does not appear to matter what weapon the Angelic Weapon Effect has been applied to. Happens on both DX11 and Vulkan.

Recently got the Angelic armor from a mystery box and was excited to use it, but my poets pen build that uses lightning warp generates a giant blueish box in the center of my screen every time it's cast.
