I lose my animated guardian every time I log out

States I shouldn't lose it upon logging out, but I do. ANy idea what may be causing this? Thank you!

weapon swap comes to mind (and socketed in weapon) though you would probably see that happen during said weapon swap.

Otherwise check if something on a weapon swap or flask is changing something that would affect it. (Edit - like stat changes from gear disabling boots or something)

You should be able to just cast it again to summon it.
Just don't target a piece of gear when you do that
