Withering Step. Black square while active ( 1 058 700 888 )

Good day.
Bug report № 1 058 700 888 When I'm using Withering Step on maps or other locations (except hideout) huge black square appear while aura will be active. I get this exact issue, not just with Withering Step but also with Arcane Cloak also on Vulkan. But I do get it in hideout as well.
