Crashing? Running GPUTweakII OSD + Vulkan? How to fix!

This isn't a bug report as much as a helpful post for people running:
- ASUS GPUTweak II prior to v2.1.8.1
- Using the Vulkan beta driver

First, if you are using the Vulkan beta, make sure your Nvidia drivers are updated to a recent stable. I'd suggest doing a "clean install" if you haven't in a while.

Update v2.1.8.1 (2020/6/16) fixes crashes when running the GPU-TII OSD (see #4!)

1.Fix: Memory usage reading error in Monitor with multi-cards installed.
2.Fix: Monitor setting cannot be saved with multi-cards installed.
3.Fix: Power target value shows zero in certain circumstances.
4.OSD Fix: Vulkan games crash issue.

Also note: The update will wipe out your current profiles (super frustrating, Asus doesn't seem to want to fix this), so make screenshots or whatever you need to do before updating.
