Visual glitches in Atzoatl breach room

Whenever I'm in Atzoatl breach room, small pieces of screen flicker around, moving a few pixels away and coming back.
At first I thought it's a visual effect, like space bending around breaches, but it looks too twitchy to be natural. This never happened before switching to Vulkan, and I don't think it has happened before 3.11.
I've recorded a video, but I don't know where to upload it.
