client performance becomes bad by time

After a while the client becomes very slow.
After a restart all runs fine. i7 5820K / X99S MB / 16GB / GTX970 (driver 446.14) / Windows 10 Pro 1903 Graphic settings see Screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/incozOd (1st and 2nd before restart, 3rd after restart) Already had this while idle in Oriath. Last bumped on Jun 28, 2020, 12:55:53 PM
