Vulkan Display Issue - Character Showing as Black Rectangle

I was running a map with a friend and sometimes his character would just show up as a black box on my screen, a fairly large one too. It was quite hard to tell what was nearby when it was happening. I took a video of the bug in action here:

This just started happening to me too after downloading the new nvidia drivers. GTX 970. It only happens when elusive procs.

This was happening to me too with the New Angelic Weapon effect enabled. Changed it and it stopped. Also this started happening after updating Nvidia as well.

same thing started happening to me today after the new nvidia update. Seems to happen when I am near unique named enemies. I have a feeling its not GGG's fault since the nvidia update messed things up. I wanted to hopefully get GGG's attention on this post so they can be aware.

Same issue here. Also just updated Windows 10 to version 2004 and new Nvidia driver. This did not happen last night after the updates. Before I went to sleep, I also enabled Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling. And now today, when I started playing, it has come up randomly, but goes away eventually. Like someone else said, might be one of the new MTXs, but sometimes I see the MTXs trigger and no black box. Using a RTX2080 Super.

Just wanted to bump, this is still happening when I play with my friend. He also had to turn off Vulkan because of the "black box" issue. He noted it happens as soon has he uses a skill. Turned off all MTX to make sure that wasn't the issue.
