PoE is extremely body - stressing game, probably IMO most stressing game I have ever played since 1998. Hand-wrist problems after huge h/week sessions are very common. you do the same thing you do when staying healthy on a pc for literally any other reason, stretch wrists every 30 minutes, stretch body every hour or so, stay hydrated, keep some healthy snacks around, etc. really not that hard. if you want to go even further, match your maps with some pushups or something, like every 10 maps you run is a pushup you gotta do at the end of the hour idk
