Private racing events

I play on PS4 and would love to be able to host private race leagues. Have been hosting them currently and just making anyone that participates go into league SSF to participate but would be awesome to be able to just set up a server for everyone to join and have a full fresh start in case people already play SSF that way I can keep an even playing field
