Video - A Small Tip - Using Fractured Fossils to Craft Ultra High Investment Maps

It's no secret that Diviner's Delirium Orbs are the most powerful way to 'juice' maps in the Delirium expansion. These add more monsters to a map and increase monster drops considerably, while also making maps much, much harder.

Diviner's Delirium Orbs are also expensive, costing around 45 chaos orbs each in small quantities and 50c or more in any sort of bulk.

Here's a way to get to use them more than once.

At the time of recording this video, fractured fossils are about 4 times the price of a Diviner's Delirium Orb. If they get more expensive, this could render this method no longer worthwhile.

Steps:

- Step 1: Source a 35 quality map of a very high tier and a desireable layout. 35 quality maps come from the Betrayal system, by getting Hillock into the Intervention wing as a 3-star general and completing a safehouse.
- Step 2: Apply 5 Diviner's Delirium Orbs
- Step 3: "Reroll and Duplicate" the item by applying a Fractured Fossil. I also add Corroded Fossils to prevent elemental reflect and Metallic Fossils to prevent physical reflect.

You can now run the mirrored copy of the 5x delirious map and reap the rewards, while keeping your original map ready to make Fractured Fossil copies of it again. Don't run your copy without using premium scarabs, sextants and prophecies! A Gilded Divination Scarab multiplies your chances of seeing a Doctor by 2.5, and add other scarabs (such as the Gilded Ambush Scarab) to add more monsters.

This process can be copied with other maps instead of Burial Chambers (which was chosen because it can drop the Doctor divinaton card, which is one-eighth of a Headhunter and very, very valuable).

Good choices are Tower (for the Nurse divination card) or Vaal Temple (for several desireable divination cards, but be warned, this boss is hard even without delirium layers).

Vaal Temple requires additional steps, you will need to source 5 corrupt Vaal Temples to vendor first, vendoring five of them will grant one uncorrupted craftable Vaal Temple map which you can then 35q and make Delirious.
