Low Tolerance notable does not stack

As all the notables are stacking, these ones doesn't for some reason. Yes - they fixed the notable and it works now, but multiple notables from a jewel cluster doesn't rise damage, apart these (8% multiplier)

Checked it in a duel with a friend - removed all notables, hit him multiple times with fireball, average degen dmg I dealt was about 700, allocated one Low Tolerance notable - it's became 1200-1300, allocated 3 more notables, and it's became about 1300-1400dmg in average, which means they do not stack.

fix it please.

Damage dealt by players on an area with PvP rules active getting additional less multiplier.
The multiplier vary in high range based on the specific skill, skill cast time, damage roll etc.
If you've noticed any damage output difference after allocating 2nd Low Tolerance — the 2nd notable most likely works.
Problem: impostor syndrome
Solution: nerf everything
Result: depressing mess
If you would read more carefully you would realise that after 1st notable allocated damage difference is about 500-600dmg

and after I'm adding 3 more notables from other 3 clusters in a tree dmg difference is about 100 dmg ( which means there is only 8% multiplier working)

Also ppl who never getting into details and trying to answer the issue/question - are irritating me to the guts.

PvP damage scaling is not linear, on top of diminishing returns from stacking notables.

300% increase from single notable could be a great bonus if you have shitty base % increased damage, 2nd notable adds the same 300% which has less noticeable effect even in pve (because you already have 300% from first notable)

PvP penalty messing with visible damage output even more. The only practical conclusion you can make from testing things while in pvp mode — if something works or not.

Damage has changed — stacking notables actually works.

If your statement is based only on testing things in pvp — you are wrong and you should find other way to prove your guess.

Same thing in a PVE, using flameblast for bosses, and 1 notable makes difference, but adding 3 more does nothing.

I lvled my character, went to T10-T16 maps, and struggling to kill bosses with flameblast cause it does no dmg. it simply doesn't stack.

how the hell you came up with this? this makes no sense...

let's go into math...

let's say I have 1000 flat poison dps, with 300% increased poison damage on non poisoned enemy this posion should hit for 3000 poison dps, if you taking 3 more notables, it's 1200% increased damage, which makes it - 12000 poison dps.

So you saying I won't notice 3k and 12k dps difference?!

1,000 Base Damage over time per second.
300% increased damage over time.
100% increase damage over time multiplier.
1,000 x 4 x 2 =
8,000 final damage over time per second.
