Possible Lag Fix for Delirium

It seems that the proposed improvements to multicore cpus has borked it. It seems that disabling Engine Multithreading improves this significantly, especially in large packs where the game would practically freeze. I would also suggest turning off vsync and lowering maximum fps to your monitors refresh rate, or 1 below max.

Thank you so much! I like the ideas in this league but the game was unplayable. Turning multithreading off seems to have worked. I will test it tomorrow as well to check if it is consistent
Thank you very much, this fixed most of the performance problems for me!

With multithreading=off the game is well playable again. Delirium encounters, paired with conqueror spawning, first mob group after entering an instance, so far all good now.

Sadly it does not fixes assailum helm effects (wish they would finally give us opportunity to have old graphics for delirium or new graphics(for colorblind ppl or something like that? Same with some skill animations/sounds)
I noticed it does not seem to help with the Necromancer though (12 Minions).
