Random Laggs (no spikes)

Hiho!

When I installed the game on Win like 2 weeks ago it sometimes had a spike but this was like every 6 hours and not too hard.
Also there were glitches (one very critical at Vaal for 15 secs :P) and there were crashes.
I understand all of them because it is still a beta and no program is perfect (I am a programmer myself).
But since like 3 days, the game got unplayable:
- I have huge lags (means like 10 fps with a maximum of maybe 20 sometimes) for NO reason.
- My processor says it is at 1.5% of the maximum power (which is hilarious) and my RAM is at like 1/8 GB.
- Applications opened: Firefox(Youtube) and Skype.
- As I told, my taskmanager does not report ANY irregularities.

Do you have similar experiences?
Does GGG have reports on that yet?
Any cure for it?
