Merge official accounts

Hello,
I started playing this game in 2013 on this account. Soon, access to the official servers was closed for Russia, I switched to go to the Garena server. It soon closed too.. I have an account with Garena (by transfer), which is not possible to connect it to my old account on the official server. Is it possible to combine them? I do not want to start all over again. Unfortunately we're functionally unable to merge accounts together. We'll be happy to look into what options are available to you though. If you could contact us at support@grindinggear.com as HanSoloDK's mentioned, we'll have a look. :)
