Blast Rain Mine can't aim?

I'm playing Blast Rain (BR) Mine. It's pretty good but there's 1 problem. The mines don't aim. They only shoot BR at where they lie. This happens to Rain Of Arrow as well. But Toxic Rain Mine still aims. Is it's a bug? As i remember, before the rework, the BR mines and RoA mines still aimed at target, which lead to powerful poison RoA mines build. Please fix this. I really want to end game with this build
