Running on a mac with wine

Hey I was wondering if this game would work on a mac using wine?
Has anyone tried this? I have the latest 2011 imac running 10.6.7 |

It would if you poured the wine on the mac Then you could buy a PC and it would work splendidly !

im telling you running wine is just not the same. suggestion mac for work and other things. pc for gaming. problem fixed. but to be honest i dont use wine to much so i have no idea i just thought id try and help out an issue i have no idea how to do.

I get what you're saying, I just have heaps of other games running on my mac using wine. If I get a beta key I'll definitely give it a go before buying a pc.

A buddy of mine got it to work on his mac using wine...
...but I have had no luck. It keeps getting stuck at the twilight strand loading screen. Obviously I am going to keep at it and see if I can find a fix. That being said is anyone else having this problem, or have any tips that would be appreciated. Cheers. | |

I'd also be interested in a wine-howto (can't mess around trying myself since I haven't got a beta key), I guess you'll use the wine bottler? I haven't had much luck with that in the past.
