Let the ascendant be able to anoint Ascendancy notables.

i think you need to plan out better builds.
many cases the ascendant is crazy good for the build. Sometimes it outshines the base class. The fact that you can get stats and skill points , along with a central starting location is amazing.


The reason it is underplayed right now is because they basically forced 2 build types who can do the sirus fight.

So once they balance things out and improve the drops for these fights , it will see much more play.
