Bandit lord amulets?

On the 0.9.7 skill wipe, were quest items wiped as well?
I'm missing my amulets from the bandit lords and can't get them back from killing any of them. | |

Try talking to Eramir in town. Does he offer you the combined amulet? If not, can you activate the Dark Altar at the end of the act?

No, he didn't offer me the amulet.
