Looking for like minded people to create a guild together.

I'm bored of the guilds that are extremely politically correct, ban all forms of flame, even that among friends just to keep up appearances to their 200 other random members who barely play the game to begin with.
Leaders who just invite people for mere quantity, judging the smallest of stupid things and making announcements for things most people don't care about.

I'm looking for people who have distance to themselves and others, who can take a dark joke, who enjoy using voice chat, who are competetive and like playing well and make good builds.

Guild with discord, where whenever you get online there's at least few people you can open your mouth to, talk about life and simply talk about whatever the hell you like.
