Immortal Piety (Core Map)

Im used to this bug at acts but having it at maps for the first time.
Mb this caused by lots of poison my minions deal(arakaali), maybe poison stacks almost killed Piety when I was dead but since Im dead it didn't trigger her.


(friend came in later to try to culling strike her)
