Coward's Trial Tier 2 is doing INSANE damage

I am 100% sure that the damage the mobs are doing in Cowards Trial Tier 2 is a bug I just ripped to being 2 shot by just regular mobs(Rares and white mobs) When I was previously doing higher Tier maps with ease. Not only are the mobs doing crazy damage but they have also got a larger health pool/are much tankier then they should be. My guess is the map tier is bugged and thinks its a higher tier.

Also to add to the situation I was only in the 2nd room so no unique mob.
