[Not a Bug] %Physical Damage of Rustic Sash applied to Cold Damage

I have a rustic sash with 5% increase physical damage, and a Added Cold Damage dealing 7-10 Cold Damage.

I think you probably have a ring or something that has 5% increased cold damage?
