The animations of ensnaring arrow, and the enemies count as moving does not work

nvm missed the "final target" part, and had pierce

i killed citadel boss but it didn't drop watchstones, i doing it 3 times and 3 times i didn't get any watchstone. Hope this will help you

Ensnaring Arrow is not applying it's effect: slow, increased projectile damage or visual while using the pierce effect from powerful precision to the last target. or any target
