"failed to join any instances"

i keep getting this error when trying to move into oriath square in act 5. nothing i do has worked i just get the message "failed to join any instance". control clicking to join a new instance does not work either.

Can some one help with this?

This error persist from yesterday and does not allow to proceed further in campain.

Remove "Hidden vaal pathwayes" prophecy. Worked for me.
