Metamorph not completeable in zones - Missing loot table check

Probably known issue - but not on the most urgent ones - which means that it is "working as intended?!" or you do not see how frustrating this is.

Small zones especially in the early acts do not generate enough body parts to make sure the league mechanic for the zone can be completed. Extremely frustrating especially to players who do not have much time and go after the mechanic early. This deters new players.

Please make sure that every zone has a check that makes sure there are enough bodyparts generated to engage the league mechanic.

I'm having the same issue. No liver drop also in the prison with Brutas. Very annoying.

now the brain is missing in ship graveyard cave

I was missing 1 component in the crypt under fellshrine ruins lvl 2, cleared the whole map including quest boss and no livers.

I'm guessing this is because of the stupid "Unnamed Monster Component" bug which just happens to be the only liver I would have gotten. Gonna quit posting every time it fails since I think it's related to the known issue.
