Consistant lag spikes

Hi everyone, i have a realy big issue. Since the 3.8 the game is unplayable for me. I've tried it for 2 days and i stoped because every 10sec i have huge lag spikes ( like 1k or more, i have normaly between 30/35 ms).
I decided to retry the game for the release of the 3.9 and ...SAME ISSUE. I've reinstaled it, switched from steam to official laucnher and nothing, i still have those spikes, and the game is UNPLAYABLE. it's the ONLY game wich is lagging like that, can anyone provide me some advices ? i realy want to enjoy this season but if i have this issue again, i'll leave the game once more. Read through the stickies in this part of the forum. DL and run WinMTR v0.92 for 300-500 seconds (the longer the better data set we get), and post the results so we can take a look.

Bump, it was realy smooth for 2 days and now, since the last patch , it's unplayable again...

Yep local issue in house -->
lan.home - 0 | 435 | 435 | 3 | 190 | 2282 | 3 | The connection between your PC and router sucks (to put it blunt), so I am also guessing WIFI connection here. Change to cable and try again. | |

The thing is , i have the exatct same spikes if i try with my 4g+ connection , and only on this game...I tried other games and i have consistant 30/40ms ping, i realy don't understand.
Im on wifi but it's not an option, can't have the box upstairs, and again, it's only on this specific game |
