Can't loot Crimson Watchstone

I killed one of the new atlas bosses on Estuary (which Zana opened from hideout), and it dropped a crimson watchstone I can't loot, because it bugged into the watchstone altar when it got transported because of the collapsing ground on the sides.
Here is a screenshot of it. https://imgur.com/a/LXohVvZ After this, zana gave a crimson watchstone with the take watchstone option. Is this that one? If this is the intended way to work, it is very confusing, frustrating and strange for it to actually drop as an unlootable item. When things like this happen, you should post it in the bug forum. However, you ALSO need to get a bug report number as well. Make sure you read the stickies in the bug forum so you know what/how to post.
