The Ravenous God Quest Stuck

After defeating kitava on Act5 Quest and you try to finish you metamorph on docks and die. you will be trapped, unable to enter to part 2 act 6. Help pls GGG. Thank you

Managed to get pass by restarting the square instance and killing kitava again

This is because you are not meant to be able to die at the docks after the Kitava fight. So they have never bothered to make it give you Act 6 lioneye's watch waypoint.
