Will there be a metamorph torrent pre patch?

I have very slow bandwith and was hoping to start the download tonight.

There definitely should be one, but they are usually about the last thing to get announced/released before the patch drops and the league goes live. You get some hours head-start by downloading it, but not a huge amount of time.
