Map not cleared Bug 1807926188

After killing every enemy on a Rare Scriptorium Map it is still coming up as uncleared on my Atlas.

I suspect this may have something to do with Syndicate Research as I died while I was clearing the Research Dungeon and then when I returned, my totems had cleared out the area so there was nothing left for me to kill and I got credit for capturing the syndicate member.

Was it a current series map? Old ones won’t work. They change the atlas every 3 months.

Yes, it was a drop from earlier today.
