Siege ballista is junk. Why you ever use unique bind to junk?
3.9 skills are not about Siege ballista, it'sabout new skill types. In poe players are FORCED play meta or have much, much less fun and efficiency. I strongly doubt very old skill like siege ballista got any buff, most likely they introduce "new totem ranged skill": OP as HELL | |
