3.8.2c update progress keeps reverting

While downloading the latest patch the progress percentage and the downloaded data indicator keep decreasing, for example i was at 20% of the game downloaded I looked away and when I looked back it dropped to 16% and it kept doing that and when it got to 6% i closed the client and came here to make this thread. Anyone else having the same problem ? Would like a fix if possible. Thank You!
