Remove steam version and reinstall with standalone, will i lose anything?
I'd like to completely remove path of exile from my pc by physically removing all drives and then putting a new ssd in my pc and reinstall poe but with the standalone.
If i do this will i automatically still have all my stashes, characters, mtx etc? Thanks in advance for help. Last bumped on Nov 25, 2019, 8:20:16 AM

"Yes, none of that is stored locally--it's all tied to your Steam account. So you'll just need to create a standalone account and link it your Steam, if you haven't already, and all your stuff will be available. If there are any issues with the linking, support here is pretty good about fixing that quickly. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German. " This is not correct. If he is a STEAM user, he needs to add an e-mail address to his steam account and then he will be able to use teh stand-alone client. If he does what you say, then his steam account will be "overwritten" with the new empty standalone account. |

" You need to add an e-mail address to your steam account, then you can use both clients. Dont to the account link because this will "overwrite" your steam account with an empty account. |
