Choice of subtitles language and NPC dialog

Dear GGG,

please could you add in settings possibility to choice language of subtitles and NPC dialogs.
We would like continue to play the game in english and follow the story in our primary langage (french, russian, dutch,...)

When we put the game in our primary langage we are completly lost. Because of the change of names of items, orbs, cards, uniques,...

With the changes of the endgame of 3.9 and POE 2 it seems important to me. There is also a lot of posts from people asking for a summary of the story since exilecon.

Finally, there is also the desire to improve in English for people for whom it is not the native language.
