Download issues

I've been trying to redownload the game and every time I try it jumps between 0bits to 300kbs per second. I've tried so many things to fix this. Anybody have any suggestions?

I recently re-downloaded the game too, and my download speeds ranged from 100 kb/s to over 15 mb/s. There's nothing you can do really except sit through it and hope that your speed increases and stays high.
