How to buy points on ps4

On the store.playstation.com I only see support packs

You should be able to purchase plain Point Packs using the Microtransactions selection from the Options menu in-game. Highlighting Buy Points should bring up the 50 Point Pack, 100 Point Pack and 200 Point Pack options amongst the available Supporter Packs.
