Bows to have: Fire/Cold Damage over Time Multiplier mod

as title,
as of 3.8

you cannot craft:
"Fire/Cold DoT Multiplier" on bows

the reason why i think bows should have this is Burning Arrow ignite build


staves and wands can craft this mod
making Fireball ignite the king of ignite builds


with the upcoming Burning Arrow rework:
burning arrow is still worse in comparison to Fireball ignite

but the thing about ignite builds is:
its a "hit once, hit hard" play style
not a "spammy" play style


i was hoping to start with burning arrow for metamorph league,
but seeing this change, fireball ignite will still be the king of ignite builds

Opens up more options for GGG to add skills at some point in the future. Such as a cold DoT arrow skill, because why not?

And until then it is a dead mod that nobody wants to roll (except people using bows for cold DoT casters? Not that I have heard of that, but I also have not done a lot of research in that regard).

Just add Fire DoT Multi and Chaos DoT Multi for now, and add Cold DoT Multi if and when there is a ranged attack skill that can benefit from it (or well, if it is after 4.0, it can also be a melee skill since they will be usable with bows under certain circumstances...).
