Lost account please help

Recently i decided to reinstall Poe but i no longer have access to my old email. i had 2 factor identification enabled but i no longer have the phone number i used to have, so whenever i try to recover the account i just get stuck. im not sure if anyone could help me with this but if so pleaseee reply
