Best Headhunter builds for HC

I was wondering if any players who have used Headhunter extensively in Hardcore leagues has any input about what are the best builds for it. I've done Tornado Shot Deadeye with HH many times in Softcore and my experience is that though that is definitely super fast and powerful, it doesn't quite have enough defensive layers, leaving me at risk to dying every few hundred maps or so. My goal is to chain juiced up T16s as well as Delve at depths 500-700.

I noticed on poe.ninja that a big chunk of HH users on HC Legion were tanky Cyclone users, but I can't tell if that's just because Cyclone was super meta or whether it's because that build is really the safest to do endgame content on while using HH.

Any thoughts?
